Gameplay & Progression
Combat is turn-based and driven by smart resource management:

HELP
BUFFS
- Block : Absorbs incoming damage before HP. Consumed by hits. Clears at end of your turn.
- Surged : +N to all outgoing attack damage. Permanent for the fight.
- Overclocked : Next N cards played cost 1 less energy. Consumed per card played.
- Reinforced : +N to all block gains. Permanent for the fight.
- Metallicize : Gain N block at the start of each turn. Permanent for the fight.
- Thorned : Attacker takes N damage per hit received. Permanent for the fight.
- Artifact : Negates the next N debuffs applied to you. Consumed per negation.
DEBUFFS
- Breached : Takes ×1.5 damage from all attacks. Loses 1 stack at end of affected agent's turn.
- Degraded : Deals ×0.75 attack damage. Loses 1 stack at end of affected agent's turn.
- Glitched : Block gains reduced to ×0.75. Loses 1 stack at end of affected agent's turn.
- Infected : Loses N HP at end of turn, bypassing armor and block. Loses 1 stack per trigger.
- Swarmed : Loses N HP before each action taken, bypassing armor and block. Loses 1 stack per trigger.
- Jammed : Next outgoing damage is reduced to 0. Consumed on first hit.
